Hotels Live Launch First-Ever Hotel Balcony Concert Series In Canada
Reinvents Live Music Venue Model to Offer Safe Concert Experiences

Wednesday, June 17, 2020 — Toronto, ON – Today, Award winning Canadian music industry veteran Rob Cyrynowski is pleased to announce the launch of Hotels Live, a promoter arm of Livestar Entertainment Canada in partnership with Canadian software & ticketing company, Showpass. This exciting entertainment concept gives concert-goers a safe new way to experience live music, utilizing hotel rooms with balconies overlooking centralized pool deck, atrium or courtyards, where hotel guests can enjoy live entertainment from the comfort of their own private balcony and then stay the night.

This innovative concept developed by Showpass, reinvents the venue model as we know it, offering an exclusive safe concert experience, topped off with a hotel night stay. Hotels Live will be the first to bring this idea to life and aims to host a variety of Hotel Balcony Concerts across Canada this summer, starting in Calgary, Alberta at the Ramada Plaza Calgary Downtown, kicking off on July 1st.

By design, the hotel layout provides a safe social distancing environment with staggered, contactless check in & check out, and a room to stay for the night, alleviating drinking and driving concerns and complying with all COVID-19 health and safety guidelines.

As people continue to adjust to the new normal they will be looking for ways to get out of the house and have some fun again, whether it’s a well-deserved date night, a Father’s Day gift, a live music experience, a family getaway or staycation. Headlining artists and family friendly shows are to follow as the concept model continues to gain momentum. The Hotels Live concert series launches on July 1st with a special Canada Day Concert featuring The HIP Experience – The Tragically Hip Tribute.
